The Open Mic: Emerging Talents Showcase

On Monday, June 29, DA B.R.O.A.D.S. and Stacks Entertainment will allow up-n-coming talent to showcase their gifts at STAR Lounge - 177 Peters St. The showcase is open to singers, memcees, poets, and comedians. If you or a friend got talent, feel free to stop by on Monday. The cost is $10 to enter the showcase. Sign up is at 6pm. Show starts at 8pm.

Ok. So I know I've been bad. :( I'll take three smacks on the back of the hand for this. But please forgive me for not updating my page everyday.

I have been really busy this month. Not only with STACKS Magazine, but also with my producer client, D.KiD. Check him out at myspace.com/drummakid205. He got some heat for all you artist out there.

But also, I've been assisting my homegirls, Da B.R.O.A.D.S, with Mix It Up Mondays. Yes, we sponsor a Monday night happy hour at Star Lounge, here in Atlanta. Stop on by if you're in the Atlanta area. We have food and drink specials [$4 martinis, $3 beers, .25cent wings]. Peep the flyer [up top] for extra info. On Dec. 12, DA Broads and Stacks Entertainment hosted a holiday party at 595 North here in Atlanta. The evening turned out very well. Everyone was looking all fly and chic.

Ever had a flashback of your highschool cafeteria lady, well just look at the pic above. LMAO!

This is me and Da Broads (that's our click name) over the weekend helping Open Hand fix box dinners for the extremely ill and elderly citizens of Atlanta.

It's always good to give back to the community. This was our way to bless others during this holiday season.

The 24 hour Takeover birthday weekend was a blast! Da Broads and I set it off on Friday at 300 Atlanta lanes. Folks came out and watched us act a damn fool! Of course, we can't take our selves no where without cutting up...like doing the cha cha slide on the lanes. I'm sure management was looking at us like we crazy. lol

It's My Birthday Yall!

I'm an August baby and definitely a Leo to the fullest. Most horoscopes describe me perfectly, except for the comments about being flamboyant. That's not me at all. I keep it cool, calm, and fly. But I will get up in that a** at any time.

But anyway, I'm celebrating big time this weekend in the ATL. The first gig is at 300 Atlanta lanes on Friday, Aug. 15. And the next gig is Saturday, Aug 16 at the Pizza Bar (i'm taking it back to the westside where I was born and raised). If you are in the city, come holla at me and buy me a shot of patron!
